the location was good, with seasons restaurant nearby, where we could eat. excellent services! coronation park is easily reachable, situated just 1 mile away.

The hotel could improve on providing more vegetarian and vegan food options for their guests.

From the moment we walked in, this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities and heritage feel of the rooms were impeccable. the staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service to make us feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool were both relaxing and rejuvenating, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. the restaurant had a variety of delicious options and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start our day. the private facilities were perfect for a romantic and intimate getaway.
Despite the impeccable stay, the only minor issue was the size of the toilet which was smaller than expected. everything else made up for it and did not in any way diminish our experience.

Great Staff, Cozy Environment We recently stayed in a hotel in Bhutan and had an unforgettable time. the hotel is set in a great location, with scenic views of the city. the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were very accommodating and were always happy to help in any way they could. One of the best things about the hotel was how cozy and warm the environment was. It really made us feel at home and added to the overall experience.
Room condition the hotel room was spacious, but unfortunately, it lacked the maintenance it deserved. the floors seemed a little older than the rest of the hotel and the beds were not very comfortable.
